We are very pleased with the accomplishments AAJ has reached over these years. Since the beginning in 2012 till today we have had one plan to provide the residents of the beautiful city Zarqa and the neighboring governorates a powerful curriculum to thrive and become leaders in their future.
Over the years we have increased the number of administrative staff to be a consistent and hard-working team to revamp the school to become the top school in Zarqa from every aspect. As we also incremented our international teachers from the United States of America to provide a better guidance of enhancing the students English language straight from native speakers.
AAJ is home to a lot of nationalities from different parts of the globe that have come to study and switch to a better educational environment. We value every nationality highly and teach students to accept one another and build a relationship to learn about each others cultures and improve their personalities to become socializers and confident
There should always be a way to not let students burn out from studying and for that we plan extracurricular activities that students can take part in out of the classroom in order to become refreshed and have fun other than studying. That’s why we provide activities but are not limited to, every Thursday activities, field trips, after school activities (ECA – “Extracurricular Activities) and competitions in sports by forming a school team that is selected competitively to compete against other school teams.
Our students are surrounded by guiders and advisors in order to help them with their needs whether it is counselling or any need we will always be available to assist them. Students who need counselling is able to receive a talk with our counsellor until they feel that they are back on the road. Some students may not be a native Arabic speaker so we provide them with English communication support and if they were a native Arabic speaker that have difficulties understanding English we will provide support in Arabic.
We at American Academy Jordan are determined to take all necessary actions to transform the school into a place where students can call their second home and let their parents feel unperturbed and have full trust in us to take care of them from the second they enter to learn, to the second they are returned to their houses safely.
